📣A first generation bilingual American of Dominican parents, who is naturally curious about life and abundantly social-able. A community driven leader having served as a volunteer for over 9 years with the NYPD local civilian patrol, the Community Emergency Response Team and as delegate to his local church youth group. He has served as the VP in 2020 for the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professional Queens Chapter, a team leader, investor, property manager, NYS licensed real estate instructor and an experienced sales manager for over 20 years. He has also been the provider of workplace education and experience for NYC high school internships and the NYC SYEP and Work and Grow program participants. Most recently he has been a part of revitalizing a local Troop of the Scouts of America organization.

📺Media: Creator of From The Neighborhood, a brand where he provides services in production consulting, direction, as a host and education leader. He made it a show as the producer and host providing educational and inspiring media. The show he produced worked to break stereotypes and bring people together with their stories and experiences. This weekly show aired Saturdays at 11am on LatinoMixx.com and is now available on demand.

🧑🏽‍💻Tech: It started when he launched an IT service company while in high school with his best friend. Always embracing technology, he founded a business community oriented social and tech start-up company. It is built at Pro Homeworks which is set to serve and support the many professionals who provide the products and services that are a part creating the American dream. Beyond those that have a role in the transaction, he is producing solutions to help build the businesses that are aligned to the journey of home ownership.

🏠Real Estate: As a family business, he has been a part of the journey in the ownership of real estate holding various positions. For over 25 years, he has the opportunity to be involved in all facets from porter to property manager to project manager, investor and owner. For the past 20 years, he has been a licensed and practicing broker in NYS. His practice is within the 5 boroughs of New York City and Long Island. He credits this experience in obtaining invaluable skills, understanding the dynamics of the business, people, local economy and community. He has been honored many times in his industry and even by his own residents as an "amazing owner". Taking pride and enjoying his small talks with past tenants who he encouraged to take bigger steps towards owning a home. He is an industry trainer and is accredited as a licensed NYS real estate instructor.
